In addition to support roles in representing Debtors and Creditors, the firm and members of the firm have served more formal roles for the Bankruptcy Estate.  We have served as Trustee in both Chapter 11 and converted Chapter 7 cases and Disbursing Agent under confirmed Chapter 11 Plans of Reorganization.

The firm has successfully managed cases ranging from simple to extremely complex, including a recent case in which, as Trustee, we successfully pursued a legal claim that resulted in a post-petition settlement of eight figures and a substantial recovery for unsecured creditors.

We have extensive experience in handling claims in small and large cases.  We are aided by a proprietary software package that tracks scheduled debt and filed claims through the audit and objection phases and assignment of class and distribution payments in accordance with the Plan or Reorganization.
